The Molitor Improvement Initiative, or MI2™, is a financial optimization process based upon “lean” principles and nearly forty years of strategic improvement experience.  What sets us apart is our ability to facilitate a prescriptive approach to cost savings and revenue generation for any organization.

How does MI2™ work?

Teams participate in a 16 week, 7 step process to dive deep on cost reduction and revenue generation opportunities.  Each team will be heavily supported by areas such as finance, information technology, business analytics, etc.
