Brian D. Molitor

Brian D. Molitor is the founder and CEO of Molitor International, a consulting and training company with more than 35 years of experience serving clients throughout the world. His books, The Power of Agreement and Win/Win…Win, have helped thousands of leaders identify the vision, mission, core values, and operating principles of their organizations. His training courses, Leadership that Lasts, Barriers to Bridges, Team Problem Solving, and MITI  have helped hundreds of organizations reach their highest potential, including those in business, healthcare, government, education and various nonprofits.

Brian is also the Founder of Malachi Global, an organization that exists to train and equip fathers, mothers and other mentors so they can successfully lead the next generation. Malachi Global utilizes retreats, conferences, seminars, videos and teaching materials to achieve its mission throughout the world.

Brian has written numerous books, training manuals, and articles on the subjects of business success, leadership, fatherhood, rites of passage, mentoring, and how to build positive interpersonal relationships. His writings have appeared in magazines such as the Christian Businessman, Ethos, and in newspapers around the world. His first book on parenting was entitled A Boy’s Passage. In 2004, Brian’s second book, Boy’s Passage-Man’s Journey, was released. Girl’s Passage-Father’s Duty was released in the spring of 2007. His books have been translated into multiple languages including, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Korean.

Brian has produced and hosted numerous television programs that have aired in Australia, Africa, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, South America, Canada, and the United States. He has most recently been the executive producer of two youth-oriented reality television shows called TheDRIVEtv and JENI - Seeking the Extraordinary. He also produces and hosts a series for fathers called TV4DADS that airs internationally on inspirational networks.

For many years, Mr. Molitor has been the keynote speaker at business conferences, retreats, corporate meetings, and church services, worldwide.

Brian and his wife, Kathleen, have been married for over forty-one years and have four children and seven grandchildren. They reside in Midland, Michigan.


Steve Molitor, Executive Associate of Molitor International

Steve Molitor

Steve Molitor serves as an Executive Associate of Molitor International.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University as well as an Executive Master’s degree of Healthcare Administration from Saginaw Valley State University. 

His diverse work history includes time spent in residential construction, media & marketing, and more than a decade in healthcare.  Steve is Lean/Performance Improvement certified through Simpler of IBM Watson.  As a process improvement specialist In the healthcare field, he has experience analyzing and improving many areas, including housekeeping, supply chain, inpatient units, general surgery, and revenue cycle. 

As a manager and then Director, Steve has led numerous departments and successfully overseen more than $400,000,000 in Accounts Receivable.  He is a Certified HealthCare Financial Professional through the HFMA and has received numerous awards for his team's record-breaking financial performance.  

Steve is passionate about strategic leadership, employee engagement, and staff retention, having written his master’s thesis on these subjects.  His leadership experience in a variety of capacities prepared him to be a trusted, professional resource for the clients that partner with him to find innovative solutions in areas of engagement, productivity, quality, safety, retention, and profitability.

Brian Pruitt, Executive Associate of Molitor International

Brian Pruitt

Brian Pruitt serves as an Executive Associate with Molitor International.  Brian is a gifted communicator with extensive experience helping organizations and individuals overcome obstacles and accomplish their goals.

Over the past 25 years, Brian Pruitt has traveled the globe as a keynote speaker, corporate trainer and personal coach, serving clients across the USA, Canada, Sweden, and Mexico.   Brian has been instrumental in the launch of an innovative training program for entry level staff in Healthcare that has been proven to reduce first year turnover by over 30%. 

In addition to his corporate work, Brian is passionate about helping others to overcome fatherlessness and has written multiple books on the subject of father/child relationships.  He is the founder of a nonprofit that recognizes outstanding fathers in the USA called The Power of Dad.  Also, Brian and his life story have been featured on the international television series, TV4DADS, which airs in 170 countries.  

Brian Pruitt learned much about hard work, leadership, teamwork, and motivation during his time playing football at Central Michigan University where he was honored as an All American player during his senior year. Brian is married and has four children.

Brian Keim

Brian Keim is a new addition to the Molitor team, but is no stranger to leading, coaching, and serving others.  He is a seasoned educator who recently retired as a public school Superintendent, with his team earning the distinction of National Showcase District for their success in creating an environment of accountability and respect. He is passionate about organizational culture, innovation, and vision casting. 

Earlier in his career, Brian served as a teacher, varsity coach, school counselor, special education coordinator, and high school principal before settling in as a superintendent for nearly a decade.  Beyond his work on campus, Brian has collaborated with numerous state agencies, universities and professional associations to advocate for student wellness, growth, and non-traditional learning opportunities.  In 2021, he founded the SAIL Academy, an innovative program that features remote learning and registered youth apprenticeships.  He has been published in numerous journals and periodicals and has presented at a variety of state and national conferences. 

Brian excels in other arenas as well. He is a Certified Professional Coach, owner of Willow Acres Properties & Investments, an active Rotarian, and Chairman of the Board for Scheurer Healthcare Network. He has also enjoyed his role as lead singer for The Flashbacks, an oldies band focused on philanthropy, raising over $300,000 for select charities over the past 25 years. 

Most importantly, Brian is husband to Lisa, father to five amazing kids, and grandpa to three little pumpkins. He attends Frankenmuth Bible Church and resides near the water in beautiful Huron County, Michigan. 


David J. Hobbs, MD, Executive Associate of Molitor International

David J. Hobbs, MD

David J. Hobbs, MD, joins Molitor International with a drive and passion for helping others grow, especially through life's transitional periods. The youngest of three boys, David developed resiliency and a competitive spirit growing up in a resource-poor community in Michigan.

In high school, he excelled as the MHSAA All-State Honorable Mention golf team captain, was awarded the G.O.L.F. Scholarship on the PowerBilt Junior Tour, and graduated as co-Valedictorian. He continued his education at Central Michigan University as a Leadership Advancement Scholar, serving in various leadership roles and graduating cum laude. He then pursued ministerial training, which deepened his care for people and his faith.

David’s passion for making a greater impact led him to medicine. He completed a Master’s of Biological Sciences at Drexel University College of Medicine and earned his MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. During medical school, he received the ASN Student Scholar Award and published articles in peer-reviewed journals. He further specialized in surgery, publishing work in trauma and general surgery.

After medical school, David completed his residency at Michigan State University/Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners. He now practices as a rural elective surgeon and participates in missionary work in the Yucatán Peninsula, Mexico.

David's journey has been marked by resilience and growth. His faith, family—wife Kaitlin and their five children, Ava, Gabriel, Vivian, Isla, and Levi—are his highest priorities. His personable approach and extensive experience in leadership, athletics, and surgery equip him to effectively mentor and inspire other leaders.
