Our History

Molitor International was officially launched in 1986. At that time, our corporate headquarters consisted of a desk, chair and phone in the corner of a basement. From those small beginnings came an award-winning organization that has served organizations and individuals around the globe. Our focus has always remained the same… Help others successfully transform their culture in order to achieve their mission, live their values, and have a positive impact on the world around them. Our associates show respect for all those we serve, from presidents of nations, to CEOs of Fortune 500 Companies, to entry-level staff. We are equally comfortable working with those in healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, nonprofit corporations, media and more. Since the early days of working locally in Michigan, we expanded to serve clients throughout the world including those across the USA, Canada, Barbados, Trinidad/Tobago, Hawaii, Africa, Australia and the United Kingdom.
